2025 Winter Team Elevation Training

We are pleased to announce the return of an annual USA event that has been absent for the past few years - The USA Winter Team Elevation Training program!  It is back, it has a new format, a new focus, and a higher value to each player.

  • The USA Winter Team Elevation Training will provide registered USA players with 3 weekly training sessions with members of their team.
  • The sessions are provided for each team to focus on the development of the skills that might be needed most.
  • The sessions will be on the Soccer Stop mini-field and limited to 12-15 players (at the discretion of your coach) to ensure intensity and focus (each participating team must have at least 12 players registered in order to have their own time slot).
  • It is expected that all sessions will be designed to develop/reinforce the foundational skills that need the most individual and/or team focus.
  • It is also expected that all sessions will be intense and fast-paced - calling on players that are there to be motivated, focused, and ready to train.
  • The sessions will be led by your team coach.  Some sessions, as coordinated by your team coach, may be led by a member of the USA Technical Team (those sessions will be educational for team coaches as part of their internal training as well as technical training for the players).
  • To ensure that each of our teams can use this opportunity, we have spread the session blocks across the balance of the winter.  Each team was provided with a 1-hour slot.  The organization is listed below.  Please note that days and times may change as further coordination takes place.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

  • To register, simply follow this TeamSnap link: https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/465214 .
  • The cost is $25 for 3 weeks of 1-hour trainings ($8.33 per session ... that is a huge value for small group training).
  • For planning purposes, each team's session will initially be capped at 12 players and beyond that players will be waitlisted.  All registered players will be shared with the team coach.  The number of session participants will be decided by each individual team's coach (i.e., each coach will be able to expand participation beyond 12 if they wish.
